Spent about three hours trying to find these stamps in Scott catalog, and I hate to admit, but I am stumped. Google said Serbia or Bosnia & Herzegovina, but nothing there.
Stamps are imperf and no gum.
Can any one help?
Probably not much help but the Triglav was a Yugoslavian freighter sunk July 9, 1942 by the U66.
The Zadar sunk 17/9/1944 by explosion. Rijeka appears to have been a minesweeper.
Maybe the stamps were for a veterans association or issued in memory at sometime, may have only been semi-postal.

@ Jansimon, I was reading that as Drvaca, which seems to come up on google as associated with trees? Not that it seems to be a currency anywhere, nearest I can find is this reference on Wikipedia "DivaÄa is a large nucleated village in the Littoral region of Slovenia, near the Italian border. It is the seat of the Municipality of DivaÄa."
Quite a puzzle,

Oh I like them. Makes me want to start collecting them as well. Nooooo I collect too much and craft too much to add more to my expenses. Can't afford more collections. hehehe!
