12:35:35pm | My daughter Shelley and I were going though a pile of Swedish stamps and she found this interesting one.
The colour is shifted. Top stamp. You can really see it when you look at the top of the building. The whole stamp is blurry as well. We have about 50 of this stamp, but only found ONE so far with the colour shifted.
