I have several pounds of common Irish self-adhesives that I planned to donate to the holocaust stamp project. These stamps catalog at over $1 each (isn't that silly?). If anyone would like an ounce or two, send an SASE or the postage and I'll send a handful. Be warned that I tossed all the damaged, colored paper, etc. into the box, so please don't expect 100% pristine copies. It would be nice if you send what you can't use to the charity when you are finished, but that is at your discretion. A recent commemorative on your mailing envelope would be greatly appreciated! If you have several young collectors, I would be happy to send one to each of them. First come, first served. You snooze, you lose as my father-in-law says. (he cracks me up!)
Please private message me if interested.
Thanks! Happy stampin'!
Here is a scan of a handful;

re: Ireland freebies
"Question for mods - wasn't sure about this - should freebie offers like this be listed under "for sale?" Thanks for the guidance. "
Short answer: Probably. However, traditionally such offers have been all over the place. Since no money is changing hands (except maybe postage), I eventually stopped trying to "herd the cats" and now I just let it go. The only real problem is that in the Classifieds section, I can monitor everything and when the offer ends, it is easy for me to identify and delete the posts (there is no reason to archive posts such as this as they offer no long term benefit to the DB). Now I rely upon the original author of the offer to notify me when the deal is done so that I can delete the post.

I was wondering about deleting after other people make comments. I suppose at that point only the mods can delete. In any case, in the future, I use the for sale topic. And I'll try to let you know when this offer ends.
