I read an article about StampoRama in the latest edition of Canadian Stamp News and decided to join. I quick read of the different sections convinced me that I made a great decision. My main interest is Canadian stamps (mint and used), the stories behind the stamp, and why it was issued. Looking forward to joining in discussions, learning and perhaps helping some who needs a hand to get over a hurdle.

Welcome my fellow Canuck.
I'm glad you joined us and look forward to discussions with you.
I mostly collect Russia, Germany and Belgian Railways and Precancels, but I also have a Canadian hoard/collection. One of my interests is BoB and Revenues.

Glad that you're on board, EasyOne. I have been an active collector for years, but only joined SOR within the last year. It is the most active stamp club around, with something new posted every day. --Doug

re: Hi Everyone
Welcome, EasyOne. I am sure you will have a fun time here.
Speaking of Canadian stamps, I really like their modern souvenir sheets. They are generally well designed and with good production quality as well. I routinely order from them direct (since shipping over CAD25 is free) and I guess I have most from the last five years.
Hi Easyone. It sounds like our interest is extremely similar. I focus on used Canadian stamps and LOVE learning about why each stamp was issued. I like used because I feel used stamps have more of a story than new. I've found this to be a great place for learning and sharing! Welcome to SOR, from Canada's east coast!
