Got a big old envelope of these on paper. My Q is on the 20c ; what's considered "pale yellow flowers" ? I have one w/ postmark 1985 and I would say it's the '84 printing but the flowers look bright yellow to me and the original printing the flowers look dull yellow/ orange.

Regarding litho and photo printed stamps, it is easy to discern the differences. Using a magnifying glass, look at the value of lettering on the stamp:
- lithographed = sharp, straight outline around the letters and numbers
- photogravure = ragged edges outline around the letters and numbers
Once you find one of each, you will quickly see the difference. It is the same on all litho and photo printed stamps from any country.
The dull one (blackish brown) was printed on watermarked and unwatermarked paper. A later printing was the more attracted bronze green background on unwatermarked paper.
