You will probably need a specialized Italian catalog for that information. Scott only mentions the part perforate stamps without any value provided.
As regards the 134a imperf pair, I would say that doubling the single value would probably be correct. With the relatively small margins on early Italian stamps, one would almost have to have an imperf pair to prove that the stamps were imperf, and not trimmed perfs.
The 15c gray is footnoted with a value of $160 for a hinged single in the 2015 Scott catalog.
