I just sold many lots in the auction. Is there any way when the auction sold list is generated to include the images of the lots? It makes it easier to see what was won. This is probably something Tim should see. ApplauseThumbs Up

I think if you edit the thread title to start out "Atention Tim" he will. I was told to do that one time.

Auctions - Approvals
re: Attention Tim- Auction Sold List

Hi John,
That would work for the sold Auction Lots but not so well for the purchased Approval Book items, which are listed on the same report. What you can do is just click on the Lot Number link, which will display all the lot information including the picture. Hope that helps.

Regards ... Tim

Tim- I was thinking instead of having to click on each one, picture just shows when sold list is generated.

John

The system we have in place integrates the Auctions and The Approvals. To do what you suggest would require an extensive rewrite of the programming and segregation of the Approvals from the Auction lots, at least with respect to sold items. This is just not feasible.
