Folks:

I've a lovely example of a nice USA Scott4019, the $14.40 "X" priority rate stamp from 2006.

Can it be soaked off, or am I best to leave it on piece?

Thanks!

Scott doesn't have the warning symbol on the stamp, but like all soaking, there is a risk.

I always leave the high values on piece.

Good idea, Smauggie... I'll leave it on piece.

It looks great!
