Is anyone else seeing highlighted words in their messages that when clicked contain unwanted links?...Maybe it is my computer but they seem to be advertisements....

You have some malware on your computer. Check the addins that are installed on your browser. I think you'll find some addins installed there that you didn't know about.

One question,what browser are you using as I am still having the same problem and I use Google Chrome.
When I open SOR several words are highlighed in green and are links to adverts.
I have run Malwarebytes, Spybot Search & destroy ,scanned the registry,all to no avail .
I have found that just refreshing SOR gets rid of it.
Try starting in safe mode then run those again Adaware finds ad-ware that Spybot and Malwarebytes do not. Personally I run all 3 twice a week along with my AntiVirus program.
Thanks for the help...yes google chrome is the the worst offender.... I have gotten rid of the highlighted words ...now if the pop ups would go away.....time for some tech help I believe...
