The Stamporama Approvals has been enhancement to include the following functionality:
1. Jump to the last/first page in the Book
2. Jump to a particular page in the Book
3. Auto closure of Books that are 100% sold
4. In the Edit/View function, the Number of Items and Number of Items Sold has been added
5. Buy whole Page button added. A confirmation page has been included.
6. A Price Reduced icon has been added to the Book List screen to indicate when a Book has Pages with reduced prices.
7. PAGE SOLD OUT message added to the top of the screen when all items on the Page have been sold
8. The SOLD icon that indicates that an Item on a Page has been sold, now displays in red when the person who bought the Item is the person looking at the Page (the current user).
9. A maximum number of pages allowed in a Book has been added. This limit is currently set at 24.
10. The Book Description has been changed to a Book Title with a max number of 70 characters. An actual Description field has been added that will allow up to 512 characters for further description of the Book. This new Description field displays on the Cover Page of the Book.
11. On successful purchase of an Item, the screen automatically re-positions at the bottom of the screen to make it easier to purchase the next item on the Page. This will reduce the amount of scrolling needed on the Page.
12. The Page Count column in the My Book List screen has been changed to so that it will indicate the number of Active Pages and Inactive Pages. For example, the Page Count shown as "3/2" indicates there are 3 Active Pages and 2 Inactive Pages.
13. When returning to the Book List, the screen is re-positioned at the Book that you were just looking at.
14. The Book Number and Sellers Username are added to the top of each Page.
15. The New Books screen is now triggered from the date that a Book was created rather when a extra Page is added.

Just a question: when I buy an item and the word "SOLD" is supposed to appear in red, does this apply to previous purchases from books that are still open?
I was checking through an approval lot received and seeing how the system worked as far as linking the invoice to the item photo still in the book and noticed that the items I bought still have the word "SOLD" in black.
Not a big deal as the system is set up so nicely that it is indeed very easy to compare what was purchased with what was received, but I was just wondering.
That's really ok, I was just wondering if something wasn't working right on my computer. I've been enjoying trying out all the improvements. Thanks very much......Sally
Hi Peter,
Yes, that is new too. I worked out a secure way of extending the period by which the system knows who you are. You will eventually have to login, but not very often.

Thanks Tim for the login aspect. Here I just thought it was my lucky day or my computer had actually decided to co-operate with me after all these years
