I was going through a bunch of on paper, stamps, I found one a George Washington. Two cent stamp it might be a 252 type III Carmine I'm not sure if the stamp is faded, or has been bleached, but the color is more like Pink Tint. if the stamp has been bleached would not have affected the color of the paper and it also looks like the cancellation marks are still fairly black. Is there anyone that might be able to help me solve this problem are. Is there one out there that is actually this color. Thank you

Reds easily fade, while black does not fade that much. A picture of the stamp would help.
