United States/Stamps : New Prioirty Mail Express Stamp Coming in March 2014

02:25:30pm		The USPS is issuing the new (highest face value ever for a postage stamp) priority mail express stamp in March 2014. The design was revealed by USPS and is of the USS Arizona Memorial in Pearl Harbor.

Well if this doesn't just take the cake! I thought it was bad when they changed the Priority stamp from $4.80 to $4.95 to $4.90 and back to $4.95 - issuing a new $4.95 to boot, but now, a NEW stamp when the rate changes from $19.95 to $19.99?!?!? Was it really a business necessity to raise that rate by 0.2%? Seriously? I'm not a very skeptical person, but even this one smells like a rat to me!
