04:35:53pm | Boy was I shocked when looking through the weekly sales flyers. I have never seen this one before but I am sure it has run elsewhere. States an $11.00 Retail Value-for only $2.00 plus a FREE 96 page full color Catalog. Not to be to sarcastic or negative but their advertising has to help my sales. Notice the penny black and Scott#1 not included for $2.00
