You might notice the footnote in the catalogs regarding telegraph cancels. Your cancel is NOT a telegraph cancel. Although your cancel looks like a rectangle, based on the larger number of bars I would say it is likely a barred circle postal cancel.
Many thanks to khj and Jacques. Your messages guide me to a website of Nepal stamp. I am quite sure the item I present here is a 1881 One Anna Nepal Stamp. The cancel is barred square cancel II.
