This one totally has me stumped and I'm obviously missing something.
It looks like it should be one of the Offices in the Turkish Empire - such as Scott design A5 but.... it doesn't match. So what am I missing? Where does this actually belong?

re: Austria - Offices in the Turkish Empire?
Offices in the Turkish Empire... this is design A16 according to Scott, and it is Cat #33
Now if you are lucky to have a Perf 12.5x10.5 (33b), or with varnish bars (33a)... otherwise, pretty common.

re: Austria - Offices in the Turkish Empire?
Thanks so much! I have yet to figure out how to find out whether there are varnish bars or not on the Austrian stamps - that is one of my most frustrating parts of identifying Austria!!!
At least I now know I'm not crazy and thank you for identifying this one for me
