The addressee is in "Bogota" New Jersey which was just in the news last week in some way connected with the battle for Sen. Frank Lautenberg’s seat in the US Senate.
It sticks in my mind because of how they pronounce the town's name; "Bo-GOT-A," rather than the more traditional pronunciation for the capital of Columbia "Boga=TAH."
