Anyone know what country this stamp is from? I've pored over the Scott catalogue and scoured the Internet and just can't identify it (I've even tried to compare the Arabic writing to modern translations of current Arabic-speaking countries and I'm still coming up empty). Any help would be greatly appreciated.
