11:37:43pm | Sometimes I think that Panama has had the most overprinted stamps in the history of philately. These stamps on this cover are of minimal value according to catalog, but just try to find one on cover. Here are two different on cover, a real find for me.
But then I am one of maybe two dozen people who actively collects Panama postal history.
