Europe/Great Britain : England/Scotland Regionals; Scott Numbers

Does anybody have the Scott numbers for these four regionals? Also the year/s of the second two? My SG catalogue must be getting very old now as I can only find the first two, which are:

Scotland 1999 2nd
England 2001 2nd

Your first stamp was actually issued in 2003 (later white edged version) SG S109
The 68p Oak was issued in 2011 SG EN18b
The 1.28 Tudor rose was issued in 2012 SG EN18e

Someone else will have the Scott numbers for you.

Scotland Scott #20
England Scott #1
not listed in Scott 2013
England Scott #24
