Make sure you're logged on, then select "Auction" on the home page. Next open the pull-down menu under "Buyers" and select "View Open Lots." Your watch list should display.

That's right, but if you have a bunch of open lots that you bid on, the Watch list will be below it and may not be immediately evident. So choose the "OPEN Lots" as mentioned and scroll down below the first panel that appears.
Someday Tim will add the "Watch List" as a separate entry on the buyers drop down menu.
