Ok guys - I've looked this over and aside from being in sad shape on the right side - I was looking to see if it was Original or a Reprint. I can't see any identifiers that accompany reprints on this but I wanted to check with you. Too bad there's so much damage on the one side

The easiest identifier is at the top right corner. There are five circles. On the right side there should be a distinct looking "V" type character. On yours, it looks like a dot. Between all the other circles there should be a "Y" character with a small "v" and a long, thin stem that extends down and touches the inner circle.
I re-read the information, and now think your stamp to be a retouched Genoa forgery made to make the forged stamps look closer to the real stamp. Check the size of your stamp. If it is 18 1/2 mm x 21 1/2 mm, then it is the forgery.
