I must live under a rock! I have never seen or even heard about these stamps! I had a parcel to send today (sunday). So off to the Main Cincinnati PO on Dalton St. Went in and found this thing called a APC! Well I never seen this thing before. But it did everything needed to mail my parcel. Then I see it prints stamps too! Thay are nice and have 6 or so designs you can choose, but does anyone collect them?

Turns out I did know exactly what they are but didn't know they were called APC's.
