First impression is that it looks quite good. In fact, it almost looks too good to be true: mint condition, good margins...
Apart from that, as far as I know there has not been much forgery of early Dutch issues. At least not as much as early Japan, German States, Spain or Argentina, just to name a few notorious countries that were "treated" by well-known stampforgers like Spiro, de Sperati and Fournier.
What I did notice is that the image looks a bit rasterized. Is that due to the scanning or is it in fact visible on the stamp itself? You can also check for a watermark that should be visible.
If real, it is a very good find. And if you are convinced it is a fake, you can always put it in an envelope and send it to me ;-)

In that case, this stamp appears to be printed through a photographure process, which is a modern way of reproducing the original which is engraved.
See the picture below.
Furthermore you should be able to find a watermark showing a small posthorn.
In other words, the stamp you found is probably a fake.
