05:03:07pm | It is very sad to report that one of our members, Ray Garnett of California passed away today, just shy of his 90th birthday. He was a very kind and gentle man and will be missed by all that knew him.

Ray was a great friend of many years, he will be missed. Ray had his own stamp club on the side with many members and his expertise and compassion will be sorely missed. Perry
