I joined a couple of weeks ago, and have been lurking around the discussion boards. Like everyone else it seems, I started collecting at about age 10, dropped it, restarted at about age 35, dropped it, and have picked it up again at age 62. I'm amazed at the amount of stamp collecting info online. I collect worldwide, but would like to limit my stuff to engraved stamps before 1960. Special interest in U.S., Canada, Canadian provinces, but if a stamp is attractive to me I'll put it in the album. I've been looking at some of the nice custom-made album pages, and that's inspired me to build some of my own.

Welcome to the club. I am sure you will appreciate the friendly people, great advice as well as the interesting exhibits and discussions on Stamporama. Your collecting habit seems to be like many of us, we picked stamp collecting in our youth, took a break or two and picked it back up again. I too am amazed at the amount of information available online. Based on the number websites I have found one would think the hobby of stamp collecting is making a comeback. Good luck on your rediscovery of stamp collecting.
