My Japanese Postage stamp catalog (JSDA), 2007 edition has these two stamps listed under Manchucko as Postal Savings stamps. The Red one is #1, which leaves the other as #2, issued 1941 - 1945, with only a value for mint stamps, in whatever monetary unit they use, but not dollars.

Bienvenue dans mon monde, je ne me souviens pas d'hier, mais me souviens il ya 50 ans comme si c'était hier. Je suppose que cela vient avec le processus de vieillissement, de sorte suffira de composer avec elle. C 'EST la vie.
