I've finally been able to get my scanner up and running so here are the images of the Foreign Bill stamps.
If anyone can give me information on them, including approx. cv (they are all in great condition with very readable postmarks, obvious damage to UR of the 3rd Queen Victoria stamp).
Thanks in advance.

Bob,
Thank you so very much. I really appreciate the information. I've had them for a long time and it's always been a mystery to me :-)
