I was just sorting a bunch of covers, and came across this Colombia cover of 1956, celebrating the oldest (known) man in the world at the time:
It reminded me of a related cover I had a few years ago that I thought you might find interesting, so I dug through my picture archives (sorry for the quality of the scan -- scanners are better now!):

Fascinating insight into a slice of the human condition, a page out of a couple of unexamined lives.
My imagination took flight upon reading this - a great theme upon which to write a terrific novel.
