06:34:10pm | Can anybody offer the "story" behind this cover? Looks like a WWI era military post cover to me, but I do not have a reference that lists the stamp.

with a bit of help from Google translate i found out that the cancel "13 Pulk Piechoty" means 13th Infantry Regiment. The stamp somehow looks like it's homemade. It must be local, cinderella or plain bogus, in my opinion.
