I looked in the scott catalog...i looked at my Ceylon pages, i looked at Sri Lanka pages, i put my wife the detective on the case..came up cold. Nothing else but to approach the Gurus of Stamporama . What stamp is this ?
Thanks Gentlemen, i knew the answer would come..to think i burnt my get out of jail card on that stamp...i thought it was a much earlier stamp than 1999.
I guess my next Scotts catalog will be the LARGE PRINT edition !

Lol. I agree Phil. Large print sounds great. I thought mbo1142 meant 1899...lol. Just kidding. I've done the exact same thing.
Got so upset I spent 20 bucks on that for dummy stamp identification app. Find your stamp value I guess it was. And that thing wasn't accurate at all. But then I just read crop the perfs. So I'll see. But no more 20 bucks anyway. So nevermind. Lol.
