The image isn't big enough for me to fully identify what the differences are, but I did find these differences.
On the normal sheetlet I found 5:
1. There is no bird sitting on the far right edge guttering of the roof
2. There is no beetle on the fence
3. There is no butterfly above the chicken coup
4. There is no bird sitting on the chicken coup
5. There is no second butterfly flying near the apple tree

Thanks for that.
It is another gimmick I suspect to encourage persons to subscribe to the e bulletin, and give Australia Post another chance to sell "special stamps" to subscribers.
You need an ultraviolet light receivers of the bulletin also received a small ultraviolet light it shows rays of light coming from the top R/H corner if it's the free one you should be able to see them by shining a light at an angle it should show them up.
