On page 7 of Seaweed's latest book was a Cuba souvenir sheet that I couldn't find in Scott's. Unfortunately I was too late to get it, but I'm just wondering what it was. I'm assuming a cinderella, but I'm not sure!

re: What was that?

I guess there are at least 67 out there who have no idea what this stamp is - I'm glad I'm not alone! I do wish I'd had a chance to pick it up, but some of you are much quicker than me. It sort of looks like a stamp commemorating the 100th anniversary of some sort of medical service - I must try to do a better on line search later and I'll let you know what, if anything, I find!

Well, it's definitely commemorating 100 years of the Cuban Post (first stamp issued 1855). It looks like a Charity propaganda issue for health/hospitals given the 'Ayudanos' !

I´m not 100% sure but believe it is a cinderella for the International Nurses Day wich is on the 12 of May.
