bottom one...austria with overprint...thought it could be western ukraine. has italia and venezia in overprint plus 3.11.18

any help would be appreciated....capetown

The second one is Austria N1 - Italian occupation of Venezia Julia in 1918 - WW1

Believe the top one is a Turkish charity label.

The first stamp is a Turkish postal tax stamp from 1926, SG T1036.

It's also listed in Michel but it's not in my old Scott catalogue.
