This is a strange (look at the shape of the numeral "7") surcharge I've not seen before on this Russia SC #62 MNH stampImage Not Found. Per Scott's
"SURCHARGES" for this issue, it could be found in a number of countries. Need to I.D. it as to which country.

re: Russia Surcharge Identification?

Hi,

The initials are DVR in Cyrillic, standing for Dalne-Vostochnaya Respublika, the Far Eastern Republic.

re: Russia Surcharge Identification?

Appears to be Far Eastern Republic #8 with a price in my 2010 Scott Classic of $2 used or mint. By the way, my Russia BOB is missing that stamp!!
