Dakota 25 Feb 2021 11:02:46am Auctions	I found this souvenir sheet in a lot I purchased. It is Scott# 424a issued on September 10, 1975. I noticed that this sheet is postmarked on August 10, 1975 which is a month before the issue date. I'm not sure if it is used or a CTO. Does anyone have any thoughts on this August postmark?
