Hi everyone!

You’ve probably seen me around some others stamps forum! But if you haven’t....hi! I’m a fairly new collector who’s collecting mainly patterns/series of stamps WW! For the moment, I’m focusing on United States and Canada stamps but I also own a lot of France stamps! I hope to learn more upon the topic of philately here!

Please welcome me!

Welcome ,..Your WW1 collecting sounds interesting...my mother was born in 1916 in a valley in the Dolomites . Ernest Hemingway was there and described the action.

Phil, Ernest watched your mothers birth, that is strange but I guess not half as weird as the gynaecological improbability of someone being born halfway up a wall, or so the blue plaques say. (possibly only in UK)

i never thought about it..but my grandmother had a bar...she did not discriminate when it came to money...if the Austrians were in town she spoke German...if the Italians ...she spoke Italian.
