This oldie is a mystery. "Postes" normally designates France. "Cent" normally designates USA. This stamp has both "Postes" and "Cent" and is definitely European; but what Country? Need Scott Catalog number.
Cent is (was) used in a number of countries and currencies as a short for centime(s). Belgium is an example, as well as France. It could also be used with a dot at the end, such as on Italian stamps Cent. for centisimi.
