General Philatelic/Identify This? : Help with scott's numbers for these Canadian stamps?

Auctions		I did a search on Stampworld and found the years IE:2003/2005 but I'm damned if I can find them in either Scott's or Gibbons I suppose they are lumped together with other issues but I can't find them.
Why do Catalogue compilers put stamps in year order when it suits them and not the year of issue ? beats me.

Falcon = Scott 1691
Horses = Scott 1692
Walrus = Scott 1689
Deer = Scott 1688
Moose = Scott 1693
