While going through a group of postcards that I purchased at my local stamp club, I cam across the following 2 postcards from Lebanon to Iran in June 1975. In the first card (6/3/1975), the sender is leaving Lebanon because of "Troubles here" and gives their flight information to Tehran. The second card (6/4/1975) has the same information as it was suggested to the sender to send at least 2 mailings with the information in case the first mailing was lost.

The Lebanon Civil War started April 13, 1975 and ended on October 13, 1990.
