Sales, Swaps, Auction & Approvals/Auction Disc. : Auctions Lost ???

Under Buyer I can see the current Open Auctions and whether I am winning, and under Won Lots I can see those I purchased.

Lately I have been interested in looking at lots I bid on but lost to help figure out a better strategy for next time. But I don't see that option.

Is there a way to access that info? Should there be? Can we program it?

Many thanks, Dave.

Not directly. You have to go to the seller's profile and click on their LOTS SOLD link near the bottom of their profile page. Then you will see the list.

re: Auctions Lost ???

Thanks Michael, that's a decent work-around assuming I can remember which lots I bid on. But unfortunately, my memory has always been problematic (it's not just a function of my age or natural stupidity).

I'll leave it to the SOR programming geniuses to determine if there is a worthwhile upgrade here.

Dave.

Dave:- Why not use a pencil and a piece of paper to write down your bids and then you can check?

What's an APP. Can a dinosaur like me eat it? Is it short for apple?

re: Auctions Lost ???

Apparently "Brechin" is an archaic Celtic term for "Lord of the Hillock", hence the peasantry would deferentially greet their superior as "M'Ludd".

Therefore, a "Brechinite" is also colloquially known as a "Luddite", which explains the antediluvian preference for pencil and paper over electronic contraptions.

A circuitous explanation, but hopefully useful to understand this oft-maligned creature.

Yours truly,

Lemaven, Esq

Dave:-

A most amusing, thought out explanation,

10 out of 10 for research!
