10:13:19am | This beautiful MNH Azores Surcharged Stamp is elusive as to Scott number and valuation identification. Without the surcharge. this stamp is identified as SC #100, 1898, Vasco da Gama Issue (Common Design Type). In checking the surcharged references listed and shown in the Scott Catalog, there are no issues for SC #100 (CD27) with a surcharge that matches this stamp. Is this stamp be a "Local Post,"  forgery, or listed in another catalog?
