07:59:42pm | Hi, I found this stamp from Iran/Persia among a group of stamps I recently acquired. However, I haven't been able to find it in my Scott catalog. Either I've gone 'blind' from staring at the catalog or its some kind of revenue or other type of 'special' stamp. Any input/information will be appreciated. Stay Safe and Take Care, Big Daddy Dave

This is one of the mentioned "Official" stamps. (That's what the "service" means. India, Pakistan and other countries use this designation for Officials. In Commonwealth countries, it is OHMS : "On His(Her) Majesty's Service"
