I have a few of these El Salvador fiscal stamps. They are Municipal printed on poor quality paper and not gummed, they are perfs, imperfs and rouletted, dated from1916 to 1918. Is there a catalogue somewhere that will show these? Thanking you in advance for any information, Cheers, John

Hi, Well I found "OUT" and wish that we could get out these days.
They are municipal (local government) fiscal stamps, and were issued by various municipalities from about 1880s through to the 1920. I guess they were like a receipt for paying your taxes or a fee for some service.
They evidently were printed on variety of different papers and were either imperf or perf or a mixture of both.
Cheers,
John
