For some reason I cannot find this 1994 Norway Tourism set in my 2010 Scott's. It is not on my Steiner pages (also from about 2010) It is in the 2018 Facit, and Stampworld. Does any one have a recent Scott's with the Scott numbers? I'd go to the library, but...
The stamps you show were issued 19 Apr 1994 (Scott #955-957). In Scott they are grouped with two stamps issued 21 Feb 1991 (Scott #958-959). So, that is why they are found under the year 1991 in the Scott catalog. Scott can be really confusing to list sets that were issued in bits & pieces across a number of years.
Yes, there they are as Scenes of Norway Scott 955-959. Odd that the higher values were issued earlier and Scott decides the lower values are part of the "set" three years later. Facit lists them in 1994.
