For use in all provinces in the Russian Zone. 1948 Leipzig Spring Fair Scott # 10NB1 Value in my old 2008 Scott at 20c. Bit of a bugger to find even when you know what you're looking for. But I'll take your word for it that it is #10NB1. Your assistance is much appreciated. Regards, Don Further note: OK. I just found it on page 249 of my 2012 Scott catalogue.
