Auctions - Approvals | I tried to look them up in Scott's and StampWorld but it is hard to do if you do not know the country. Any help would be appreciated.

Actually, back in 2017, I believe, Scott reclassified the Bahrain stamp.
It is now listed as a postal tax stamp, Scott RA2 (perf 14.5), or RA2a (perf 14.5 x 13.5).
