This stamp is a surcharged edition of the 15 cent 1911 Italy stamp (Scott #123). At the bottom there is "CABO" which is difficult to see in this photo. I can't locate this stamp in Scott. Can anyone help me with its ID number?
Thanks for your help. Much appreciated. The inscription at the bottom of the stamp looked to me to be "Cabo" but on closer inspection I see that it could well be "Caso".
