I found this stamp in the big box of on-paper stamps I bought at Snowpex, and I was rather startled by the "60 centesimi di corona" overprint, considering the current situation the world is in. I have searched my Scott Catalogue, but cannot find this one. There seems to be lots and lots of Italian overprints, but this one is printed in lowercase letters. I am no expert in this area. Can somebody tell me what I have here?
