Have been thinking about buying the Michel Specialised catalogues but came across a listing on ebay for a digital copy for a very low / very suspicious price.
The vendor states the following in her listing....
"FOR EBAY : This listing complies with all eBay rules and regulations. The item is in the public domain. No trademarks, copyrights. or eBay rules have been violated in this listing. This product fully conforms with eBay compilation and international media policy and downloadable media policy"
Am I right in thinking that the above statement is untrue?
Wow. It's not just the Michel Germany cat. There's a ton of digital downloads for other Michel cat. from a seller who is from Russian Federation.

Whenever I see something like this, which is obviously illegal, I report to eBay for them to sort it out.
A few months ago someone was selling pirated Scott catalogues on CD after I reported them, they were removed smartly by eBay.
