Europe/Great Britain : Great Britain Stamp W/ overprint?

I thought I was wrong once, but I was mistaken.

Approvals		OK What am I missing?

I know it is GB stamp Scott #276, but cannot find with overprint.

Any help appreciated.

It appears to be an issue for British postal agency in Eastern Arabia.

As an aside to this, the website you gave a link to had a great section on revenues!

As a WW revenue collector who is putting together the only revenue catalog of the entire world (at least, as far as I know!), I thank you for the helpful link!
